Eavestrough Cleaning
Eavestrough cleaning is important! Did you know, plugged or partially blocked eavestroughs and downspouts can cause many problems, some of which include but are not necessarily limited to the following;
- Permanent staining of stucco and vinyl siding
- Rotting wood as a result of prolonged leakage
- Inadequate drainage resulting in excessive water collecting in or around the foundation of your house
- Eavestroughs becoming disconnected (falling) from the fascia as a result of extra weight caused by excessive build-up of debris such as leaves and twigs
If you live in an area with lots of mature trees, it is recommended that you clean your gutters, eavestroughs, and downspouts once per year, and preferably in the fall after the majority of the leaves have fallen.
